Privacy policy
Emre Sertel operates Mora the Cat. This policy explains the data handled by the game, purchase verification service and this website.
Playing the game
No account is required. Progress, stars, scores, language and sound settings are stored on your device. The game contains no advertising SDK, targeted advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photos.
Optional accounts and cloud saves
Settings → Account & cloud save lets you create a username/password account, or connect Apple or Google where available. Accounts are optional. We store your chosen username or provider-specific account identifier, cloud account and session records, and game progress (stars, collected buttons, best score and resume point). For username accounts, we store salted password hashes and recovery-code hashes, not readable passwords or recovery codes. No real name or email address is required. Provider authorization tokens are encrypted on our server and used to revoke the connection when you delete your account. For Apple or Google sign-in, the provider handles your password. For a username account, our server checks your password over HTTPS. A recovery code lets you reset it; using the code replaces it and ends existing sessions. Without your password and recovery code, we cannot recover the account.
Cloud records remain until you delete your cloud account in Settings. Disconnecting stops syncing on that device and keeps the cloud save; deleting the cloud account removes its identity, sessions and cloud progress while preserving local progress and purchase records. Connected progress resets affect both the device and the cloud and require an internet connection. Login uses a temporary security cookie in your browser; it is not an advertising cookie.
Delete your Mora the Cat account
Open Settings → Account & cloud save, select the option to delete your account and confirm. If you no longer have the game, email [email protected] with your game username and ask to delete your account. Support will verify account ownership. Keep your password and recovery code private.
Deletion removes your account, sign-in sessions and cloud progress. Your progress on the device stays there. Purchase records are kept to restore purchases, process refunds and meet recordkeeping obligations. Optional game statistics follow the 90-day retention period described below.
Purchases and restoration
Apple or Google processes payments under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details. To verify, restore and revoke purchases, our server processes a random installation identifier, store platform, product identifier, transaction or purchase-token information, order identifier, purchase date, refund status and store environment. Where provided by the store, the transaction amount and currency are also retained. These records are linked to the installation identifier; they are not anonymous.
Purchase records are kept to maintain your entitlement, handle restoration and refunds, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us about access or deletion; some transaction information may need to be retained for these purposes.
Optional game statistics
Statistics are off by default. Settings → Privacy lets an adult enable them or stop future collection. If enabled, the game sends our own server its random installation identifier, platform, event identifiers, event names, level numbers and test/production marker. Events include sessions, level starts and completions, viewing the purchase panel and starting a purchase. No name, email address or advertising identifier is included in these events.
These events can be associated with purchase records through the installation identifier. We use them to understand and improve the game, not to personalize advertising. Raw events older than 90 days are removed when the server next receives events. Switching statistics off stops future collection; it does not automatically remove previously received records.
Infrastructure and sharing
Connections use HTTPS. Hosting infrastructure necessarily handles connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the service. IP addresses are not written to our game-event database; infrastructure logs are managed separately. We use hosting providers to operate the service and Apple or Google to validate purchases. We do not sell game data or provide it to advertising networks. Data may be processed outside your country by these providers.
Age and parents
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13. Purchases and enabling statistics should be managed by an adult. Accounts are optional. The game has no player messaging or public user-generated content. Parents can contact us about a child's information. The arithmetic gate is a gameplay safeguard; it is not an identity verification system.
Your choices and contact
You can disable optional statistics in Settings. Resetting progress affects the local game save and, when connected, the cloud save; it does not delete server purchase or event records. Uninstalling removes local data, subject to your device's backup settings. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Include only information needed to identify the request, such as a store order reference; never send payment-card details or passwords.
Support emails contain the address and information you choose to send and are used to answer your request. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. We may update this policy when the service changes; the date above identifies the latest revision.

İsteğe bağlı hesap ve bulut kayıt
Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kayıt üzerinden kullanıcı adı ve şifreyle hesap oluşturabilir veya kullanıma açıldığında Apple ya da Google hesabı bağlayabilirsin. Hesap isteğe bağlıdır. Seçtiğin kullanıcı adı veya sağlayıcıya özel hesap kimliği, bulut hesabı ve oturum kayıtları ile oyun ilerlemen (yıldızlar, toplanan düğmeler, en yüksek puan ve devam noktası) saklanır. Kullanıcı adıyla açılan hesaplarda şifrenin tuzlanmış özeti ve kurtarma kodunun özeti tutulur; okunabilir şifre veya kurtarma kodu saklanmaz. Gerçek ad veya e-posta gerekmez. Sağlayıcı yetkilendirme belirteçleri sunucuda şifreli tutulur ve hesabını sildiğinde bağlantıyı iptal etmek için kullanılır. Apple veya Google girişinde parolanı ilgili sağlayıcı işler. Kullanıcı adıyla girişte sunucumuz şifreni HTTPS üzerinden denetler. Kurtarma koduyla şifreni yenileyebilirsin; kullanılan kod değiştirilir ve eski oturumlar kapanır. Şifren ve kurtarma kodun kaybolursa hesabını kurtaramayız.
Bulut kayıtları Ayarlar'dan bulut hesabını silene kadar tutulur. Bağlantıyı kesmek o cihazdaki eşitlemeyi durdurur ve bulut kaydını korur. Bulut hesabını silmek hesap kimliğini, oturumları ve buluttaki ilerlemeyi kaldırır; cihazdaki ilerleme ve satın alma kayıtları korunur. Hesap bağlıyken ilerlemeyi sıfırlamak hem cihazı hem bulutu etkiler ve internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Giriş sırasında tarayıcıda geçici güvenlik çerezi kullanılır; bu reklam çerezi değildir.
Mora the Cat hesabını sil
Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kayıt bölümünde hesabını silme seçeneğine dokun ve işlemi onayla. Oyuna artık erişemiyorsan [email protected] adresine oyun kullanıcı adınla birlikte hesap silme talebini gönder. Destek ekibi hesap sahipliğini doğrular. Parolanı veya kurtarma kodunu paylaşma.
Silme işlemi hesabını, oturumlarını ve bulut kaydını kaldırır. Cihazındaki ilerleme korunur. Satın alma kayıtları geri yükleme, iadeler ve kayıt saklama yükümlülükleri için tutulur. İsteğe bağlı oyun istatistikleri aşağıda açıklanan 90 günlük saklama süresine tabidir.
Satın alma ve geri yükleme
Ödemeyi Apple veya Google kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Kart bilgilerini almayız. Satın almayı doğrulamak, geri yüklemek ve iadelerde hakkı güncellemek için sunucumuz rastgele kurulum kimliği, mağaza/platform, ürün kimliği, işlem veya satın alma belirteci, sipariş kimliği, satın alma tarihi, iade durumu ve mağaza ortamını işler. Mağazanın sağladığı durumlarda tutar ve para birimi de saklanır. Kayıtlar kurulum kimliğiyle ilişkilidir; anonim değildir.
Satın alma kayıtları erişim hakkını korumak, geri yükleme ve iadeleri işlemek ve geçerli kayıt saklama yükümlülüklerini karşılamak için tutulur. Erişim veya silme talepleri için bize yazabilirsin; bazı işlem kayıtlarının bu amaçlarla saklanması gerekebilir.
İsteğe bağlı oyun istatistikleri
İstatistikler varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümünden bir yetişkin paylaşımı açabilir veya gelecekteki gönderimleri durdurabilir. Açılırsa kendi sunucumuza rastgele kurulum kimliği, platform, olay kimlikleri ve adları, bölüm numaraları ve test/üretim etiketi gönderilir. Oturumlar, bölümlerin başlaması ve bitirilmesi, satın alma panelinin görüntülenmesi ve satın alma başlatılması bu olaylara örnektir. Olaylara ad, e-posta veya reklam kimliği eklenmez.
Bu veriler kurulum kimliği üzerinden satın alma kayıtlarıyla ilişkilendirilebilir. Oyunu anlamak ve geliştirmek için kullanılır; reklam kişiselleştirilmez. 90 günden eski ham olaylar sunucu bir sonraki olayı aldığında temizlenir. Paylaşımı kapatmak yeni gönderimleri durdurur; daha önce alınan kayıtları kendiliğinden silmez.
Altyapı ve paylaşım
Bağlantılar HTTPS kullanır. Barındırma altyapısı hizmetin çalışması ve güvenliği için IP adresi ve istek bilgileri gibi bağlantı verilerini işler. IP adresleri oyun olayları veritabanına yazılmaz; altyapı logları ayrı yönetilir. Barındırma sağlayıcılarından yararlanır, satın almaları Apple veya Google ile doğrularız. Oyun verilerini satmaz veya reklam ağlarına vermeyiz. Sağlayıcılar verileri ülken dışında işleyebilir.
Yaş ve ebeveynler
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzerindeki oyunculara yöneliktir; 13 yaşın altındaki çocukları hedeflemez. Satın alma ve istatistik paylaşımını açma işlemleri bir yetişkin tarafından yönetilmelidir. Hesap bağlamak isteğe bağlıdır. Oyuncular arası mesajlaşma veya herkese açık kullanıcı içeriği yoktur. Ebeveynler çocuklarının verileri hakkında bize yazabilir. Matematik sorusu bir oyun içi önlemdir; kimlik doğrulama sistemi değildir.
Seçeneklerin ve iletişim
İstatistikleri Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsin. İlerlemeyi sıfırlamak cihazdaki ve hesap bağlıysa buluttaki oyun kaydını etkiler; sunucudaki satın alma ve olay kayıtlarını silmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, cihazın yedekleme ayarlarına bağlı olarak yerel verileri kaldırır. Gizlilik, erişim veya silme talepleri için [email protected] adresine yaz. Talebi bulmamıza yetecek bilgi (örneğin mağaza sipariş numarası) paylaş; kart bilgisi veya parola gönderme.
Destek e-postalarındaki adres ve gönderdiğin bilgiler talebini yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Bu sitede reklam çerezi veya analitik takip aracı yoktur. Hizmet değişirse politika güncellenebilir; güncel tarih yukarıda yer alır.
